Installation:
Steam: en-US.loc to the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II\Cities2_Data\StreamingAssets\Data~ folder on the disk where the game is installed. Accept the replacement question.

Xbox App: Move the file en-US.loc to the Cities- Skylines II – PC Edition\Content\Cities2_Data\StreamingAssets\Data~ folder on the disk where the game is installed. Accept the replacement question.
